Amber Mozo Says She Feels ‘Really Betrayed’ After Harry Jowsey Split

Amber Mozo is opening up about the end of her relationship with Harry Jowsey after viewers learned during the Let’s Marry Harry reunion that the couple had split.

Mozo, 31, said she entered the relationship with honesty and loyalty and used the reunion as an opportunity to say what she wanted to say directly to Jowsey, 29, for what she described as the final time.

“I was very loyal, very honest, very patient,” she told Us. Mozo said she felt hurt and betrayed by how the relationship ended, while also accusing Jowsey of avoiding responsibility for what happened between them.

According to Jowsey, he ended the relationship while he was in Australia. Mozo, however, said the two had been discussing a future together during that period and claimed they had even picked out a home they planned to share.

“We picked out a house together,” she said, adding that she has text messages reflecting what she believed their plans were at the time.

The pair met through Netflix’s Let’s Marry Harry, which followed Jowsey as he dated 20 women before narrowing his choices down to Mozo and Dannelle Davidson. Jowsey ultimately chose Mozo during the August 12 finale, and the two took part in a televised wedding.

Mozo now says the relationship felt very different once filming ended.

“It felt like I was a show pony wife,” she claimed, saying the marriage did not feel sincere to her after the cameras stopped rolling.

She also alleged that Jowsey had been communicating with her while involved with Davidson and said she learned about developments involving the two through social media shortly before the reunion. Mozo described the experience as deeply upsetting and said she felt betrayed by both of them.

Mozo said part of what initially drew her to Jowsey was his claim that he was ready to move away from reality television. She also said they bonded over grief after both experiencing the loss of close family members.

At the reunion, however, Mozo said she felt disappointed by Jowsey’s responses and no longer believed they could work through their differences.

Jowsey has previously rejected claims that his televised marriage was entirely fake. He said he and Mozo signed paperwork, but explained that the documents were not legally filed because producers wanted to avoid publicly revealing the show’s ending before the reunion aired.

Us reported that it reached out to Jowsey’s representative for comment.

Jowsey also previously said he was comfortable with the women from the show speaking openly at the reunion, explaining that he wanted everyone involved to say what they needed to say so they could move forward.

Let’s Marry Harry is currently streaming on Netflix.
