Love Island USA alum Iris Kendall is getting candid about the beauty treatments and beauty choices she wishes she had approached differently.
In a TikTok shared Thursday, August 20, the 26-year-old reality star emphasized that her comments were based solely on her own experience.
“Obviously I wanna preface this by saying do whatever to your body,” Kendall said. “These are just personal things that I regret.”
At the top of her list was getting lip injections at age 18. Kendall said she wishes she had avoided the procedure, explaining that she felt her lips were overfilled and that the effects never completely disappeared.
She stressed that anyone considering lip filler should carefully choose a qualified injector. Kendall also noted that she already had naturally full lips and, looking back, did not feel the treatment was necessary for her.
Kendall also addressed speculation about other cosmetic work. She said she currently gets Botox in her forehead and does not regret that decision, describing it as a preventative measure against wrinkles. She added that she does not have Botox in the lower part of her face and attributed some limited facial movement to naturally strong facial muscles.
Not all of Kendall’s regrets involved cosmetic procedures. She admitted that tanning without SPF caused sun damage and encouraged her followers to use sunscreen, including on the neck.
She also wishes she had started extending her skincare and makeup routine to her neck sooner.
Another regret involved changing her natural brunette hair color. Although Kendall said she enjoyed being blonde, she admitted that maintaining the lighter shade required significant upkeep and said she wishes she had embraced her natural color earlier.
Kendall also said she regrets spending large amounts of money on expensive skincare products and wishes she had discovered the eyebrow shape that suited her best sooner.
By sharing her experiences, Kendall made clear that she was not telling others what they should or should not do. Instead, she offered a personal look at the beauty decisions she would make differently today.
