Tracy Tutor is officially heading to Beverly Hills.
The 51-year-old real estate professional confirmed that she has joined the cast of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills for season 16, sharing what appeared to be her official cast photo on Instagram.
“Well … the secret’s officially out. 💎,” Tutor wrote. “I’m joining the cast of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills and I could not be more excited for this next chapter.”
Tutor explained that joining the Bravo franchise feels especially meaningful because Beverly Hills has played such a major role in both her personal life and career.
“Beverly Hills is home. I’ve raised my girls here, built my career here, and now apparently I’ve decided to let you all even further into my life. 😂,” she wrote.
Although she admitted to feeling some nerves about the new chapter, Tutor made it clear that she is ready to embrace everything that comes with joining the long-running reality series.
“Excited? Very. Nervous? A little. Likely to get into some trouble? Absolutely,” she added before enthusiastically declaring that she was ready to begin.
Several fellow Real Housewives personalities quickly celebrated the announcement. The Real Housewives of New York City star Jessel Taank welcomed Tutor to the Bravo family, while The Real Housewives of Orange County star Gina Kirschenheiter also congratulated her.
Tutor is already familiar with reality television audiences. She joined Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles in 2017 during the show’s 10th season, becoming its first female real estate broker. She remained part of the series through its run before the show concluded in September 2024.
Her connection to RHOBH also goes back years. Tutor previously said during a 2023 appearance on Watch What Happens Live that she would be interested in joining the franchise, noting that she already knew several women from the show and believed she could “bring a little heat.”
Tutor also has existing connections within the Beverly Hills circle. She is friends with Mauricio Umansky, the estranged husband of Kyle Richards, through their shared careers in real estate.
She has also publicly clashed with Dorit Kemsley. During a 2025 interview, Tutor made allegations about Kemsley’s unpaid bills, claims that Kemsley later dismissed during an appearance on Watch What Happens Live.
No additional details about season 16 have been announced, but Tutor’s confirmation gives fans their first major indication of what the next chapter of RHOBH may look like.
