Brooklyn Beckham is standing firmly behind his wife, Nicola Peltz Beckham, after an online commenter criticized her appearance.
Brooklyn, 27, responded after sharing an Instagram reel on Tuesday, August 25, showing himself making cottage pie. In the comments, one user brought up Nicola, 31, and made remarks about her body and health.
Brooklyn quickly pushed back, making it clear that comments about his wife’s appearance were unacceptable.
“Don’t ever talk about my wife,” he replied, adding that Nicola is “absolutely beautiful” and that people should never comment on a woman’s body. He called the criticism “disgraceful.”
Brooklyn and Nicola began dating in 2019 and became engaged after about six months together. The couple married in Florida in April 2022 and later renewed their vows in August 2025.
Nicola’s appearance has also received attention in connection with her acting work. In January, it was reported that she underwent an intensive workout regimen while preparing to play Margo, a ballerina raised by her grandmother, in the upcoming movie Prima.
Speaking to Elle in March, Nicola discussed her excitement about the project and working with director Ryan Murphy. She also addressed the emotional impact that public scrutiny and online commentary can have on her.
Nicola acknowledged that she is sensitive to what she reads about herself online and said she is working on distancing herself from negative news and social-media comments.
Brooklyn’s latest response makes his position clear: when it comes to personal attacks aimed at his wife, he is willing to speak up.
