Francesca Farago is speaking out against online criticism of her body as she continues navigating life after giving birth to twins.
The Too Hot to Handle alum, 32, addressed negative comments about her appearance in a TikTok post on Thursday, August 13, making it clear that she does not believe women — particularly postpartum mothers — should have their bodies constantly analyzed online.
“The baddest b****es don’t comment on other women’s bodies,” Farago wrote alongside a video of herself spending time outside with her 15-month-old twins, Locket and Poetry.
She added that the message was especially important when it comes to women who are postpartum.
Farago, who shares the twins with fiancé Jesse Sullivan, also responded directly to a social media user who accused her of promoting an eating disorder because of her appearance.
Farago rejected that interpretation, calling the comment “such a dangerous take.”
“Me simply existing in my body & posting my normal life is not promoting an ED,” she wrote. “I’m not sharing weight-loss tips. I’m literally just existing.”
She went on to argue that women should not be expected to maintain a particular body size before being considered acceptable to appear publicly on social media.
“Women do not owe the internet a certain body size in order to be allowed to exist publicly,” Farago added.
The exchange is not the first time the reality TV personality has asked followers to stop commenting on her physique.
In July, Farago posted a video of herself dancing at home while wearing a loose tie-dye sweatshirt and gray sweatpants. She jokingly suggested that covering herself might be the only way to stop strangers from discussing her appearance.
“How I need to dress on social media from now on so people stop commenting on my body,” she wrote at the time, before adding, “Let’s give it a rest shall we.”
Farago has also responded to people who say she looks tired.
Rather than denying it, she explained that motherhood and family health concerns have left her exhausted.
“Yeah I am tired,” she wrote, noting that she has not slept properly in two years. Farago also shared that her daughter has recently been sick and has required multiple hospital visits, adding another layer of stress for the family.
Farago welcomed twins Locket and Poetry in November 2024. She is also a stepmother to Sullivan’s 18-year-old child, Arlo.
Her latest comments reflect a broader message she has repeated in recent months: she wants people to stop treating a woman’s appearance as an invitation for public judgment.
Rather than discussing weight loss or encouraging followers to change their bodies, Farago says she is simply documenting her everyday life while adjusting to motherhood.
For her, that distinction matters.
Her response makes clear that she does not believe posting photos or videos of herself should automatically lead to speculation about her health — and she is asking followers to give postpartum women more space to exist without having their bodies turned into a public debate.
