Quenlin Blackwell is entering a new chapter that brings together fitness, fashion and the confidence she first discovered as a cheerleader.
The 25-year-old content creator has announced a year-long partnership with Nike, a collaboration that includes training for and participating in the Nike After Dark Tour: LA 13.1 half-marathon.
Before becoming the personality and creator audiences know today, Quenlin said cheerleading played an important role in shaping how she thinks about movement and performance.
“Cheering was always more than just competing — it was expression, movement, performance, freedom,” she told Us.
For Quenlin, that same sense of freedom continues to influence her creative work today. She explained that her Nike partnership feels like a natural fit because the brand recognizes that sports can represent much more than competition.
The collaboration is also pushing her physically in a new way.
Quenlin admitted that she had never previously imagined herself running a half-marathon, but the challenge has become an important part of the partnership. According to the supplied story, she has already spent 12 weeks training for the Nike After Dark Tour event in Los Angeles.
“I feel inspired by this partnership,” she said, adding that the training has challenged her in a completely different way.
Nike described the collaboration as more than a traditional campaign. In addition to Quenlin’s half-marathon participation, the brand said she will also become the face of an upcoming campaign with a key retail partner.
Her connection to Nike also has a personal history.
Quenlin grew up in Texas with what she described as a “one shoe a year” rule from her mother. Her first pair of Nikes were classic white Air Force 1s.
These days, her sneaker rotation has expanded considerably. She named the Nike SB Dunk High MF Doom and Nike Air Rift among her current favorites.
Her fashion interests also extend well beyond sneakers.
Quenlin recently shared glimpses of her luxury shoe collection on Instagram, including Chanel flats, knee-high crocodile-style boots and statement heels decorated with feathers and sparkling dragonflies.
The mix of athletic wear and luxury fashion reflects the same philosophy Quenlin brings to her creative career: personal expression matters as much as the category or label.
With her first half-marathon ahead and a major Nike partnership underway, Quenlin is bringing together her athletic roots, personal style and creative identity in a way that feels distinctly her own.
