Influencer Samantha “Sam” Matthews is embracing the changes to her body after pregnancy and breastfeeding her third baby.
The 34-year-old recently shared a playful Instagram Reel showing how her chest size changed at different stages of motherhood. Holding balloons in front of her chest, Sam first demonstrated her body “before pregnancy,” followed by larger balloons representing pregnancy and then fully inflated balloons for the breastfeeding stage.
For the final part of the Reel, Sam returned holding two deflated balloons and labeled the moment, “After breastfeeding (currently).” Her husband, Dan Matthews, then jokingly pulled the balloons down toward her waist, leaving Sam laughing at the unexpected ending.
“Now that I’m done breastfeeding, we had to redo this but Dan did me dirty at the end 😳🙈🤣,” Sam captioned the post. “Oh the changes our bodies go through 🤣🤣.”
Sam and Dan welcomed their son Brooks in November 2025. They are also parents to son Canyon, 10, and daughter Ember, 8.
The couple revealed in August that they are hoping to expand their family again. Sharing a video of themselves dancing at home, they joked about trying for another baby.
“When the internet says your wife’s been pregnant too many times but here we are about to try for baby #4 (pregnancy #6),” they wrote. “Call us crazy, but we are excited 🤣🙈.”
Sam has also been open about her experiences as a surrogate. In a blog post, she explained that although she had a strong desire to experience pregnancy and childbirth again, she did not initially want more children of her own. She later became pregnant during her first surrogacy in 2022 and again in 2024
